Anju Jain is Chief Human Resources Officer at Fermilab in Batavia, Il. She leads a team in supporting the lab’s workforce needs, modernizing business processes, and ensuring Fermilab’s mission success. Fermilab is America's particle physics and accelerator laboratory, bringing the world together to solve the mysteries of matter, energy, space, and time.

Anju enjoyed a long tenure at Caterpillar for 17 years in the US and Asia in a variety of roles including marketing, finance, purchasing, and HR. She previously served as the head of HR for Caterpillar India and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), focusing on optimizing workforce and organization performance in the region. Prior to Caterpillar, Anju worked at Avon and Kraft foods in New York.

She holds a PhD in human development from Pennsylvania State University and is the author of two books published by Penguin Random House:
